Orders and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), BLIK, online transfers via Przelewy24, and PayPal. All payments are encrypted and fully secure.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@elorastudios.com with your order number. If the order has not been dispatched yet, we will do our best to make changes or cancel it.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with a summary. After dispatch, we will send a second email with your tracking number.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery across Poland typically takes 2 to 5 business days from dispatch. See our delivery policy for full details.
How do I track my order?
After dispatch you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel at any time.
Do you ship outside Poland?
We currently ship within Poland only. If you are interested in international delivery, please write to us and we will see what we can arrange.
Returns and complaints
What is your returns policy?
Under Polish consumer law you have 14 days from delivery to return an item. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us before sending anything back to receive return instructions.
I received a damaged or wrong item. What do I do?
We are sorry. Contact us immediately at info@elorastudios.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve the complaint within 14 days in line with consumer protection law.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the same payment method used at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
Products
Where do your products come from?
Every product is personally selected by our team. We work with suppliers who share our commitment to quality and considered aesthetics.
Can product colours differ from photos?
We work hard to represent colours accurately in our photography. Slight variations may occur depending on your screen's calibration.
